Tours

• It is the policy of Getaway Samoa Tours to recommend to all clients that they have adequate insurance cover before traveling.
• Getaway Samoa Tours takes no responsibility for loss of life, personal injury, loss of personal effects and events outside of our control but we agree to take good care of all our clients.
• Getaway Samoa Tours must reserve the right to withdraw or refuse any service to any client at any time and agree to follow all instructions offered by our staff.
• I/we acknowledge that I/we have read and understood the contents of these policies and understand the legal consequences of agreeing to our terms and conditions and to appreciate that these guidelines are designed to help ensure my/our holiday in Samoa is a safe, enjoyable and memorable one.

Cancellation Policies

•  For cancellations at least 14 days before the tour departure is fully refundable of the total deposit minus expenses for money transfer.

•  For cancellations less than 7 days before the tour departure date is non-refundable of the total deposit.

•  For special circumstances we will be happy to refund 90% of the total deposit with proof provided minus expenses for money transfer.

Bookings

All our tours are arranged upon requests.

When you are ready to book a tour, please fill in the request form and press the submit button. Once we have received your request we will reply with arrangements for the tour of your desire. Before you send your request, make sure you read our policies regarding our tours and make sure you understand its contents.

Reservation Payment and Deposit

To confirm your booking we require a 10% deposit of the full cost. We do not yet accept credit cards so please deposit directly into our bank account details provided.
